Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your product arrives with you, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

WILL MY PRODUCTS INCLUDE A WARRANTY?

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Delivery times will vary depending on product, time of year, location and courier used.

Generally items in the UK will arrive within 1-3 days for express shipping and 2-5 days for standard or free shipping. 

For shipping outside of the UK, times will vary from 2-5 days for express shipping and 3-10 days for standard shipping.

We stand by every product in the Reinhart Store store. Therefore, all products are delivered with a warranty. The TRE range of parts are covered by industry-leading two-year warranty. Our warranty terms are the same across every product and cover any manufacturing defects that could occur over time, outside of usual wear and tear.

RETURNS

We have a 14-day return policy, you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and then 14 days from the point of us accepting the return to return the goods to us. However, some items are non-returnable please visit our policies page here.
